The birth of "Desi Cam"

West Edmonton Mall (WEM), located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada is the largest shopping mall in North America and fourth largest in the world.

West Edmonton Mall is located in the Canadian city of Edmonton, a suburban part of the city, covers a gross area of 570,000 m² (5.3 million ft²) and cost $1.2 billion to build. There are over 800 stores and services and parking for more than 20,000 vehicles. More than 23,000 people are employed at the property. The mall receives 22 million visits per year and over 60 000 shoppers daily. The mall is currently valued at $926 million.

One of the attractions "Galaxyland" is an indoor amusement park located on the north side of the mall. It is the largest indoor amusement park in the world and features 24 rides and attractions. There are 8 beginner rides, 9 intermediate rides and 7 thrill rides, including the triple loop Mindbender roller coaster. The Mindbender also happens to be the world's largest indoor triple loop roller coaster.
